What is Harmonize? This is our unique creation of guided meditation, Reiki healing(by me), and bio-field tuning(by Bessie) 90 min event. We individually work on each participant to really attune you to the higher frequencies while clearing stuck energies in all your chakras, and in your aura.

We’ve updated the meditation to focus this time on the heart chakra. We’re hoping to do the same energetic healing and transformation like we did last time.
